Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 producers, supporting their growth and career aspirations.
- Act as the go-to person for all office related issues. Take responsibility for the overall office management including general administration and processes
- Provide superior customer service while handling incoming customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Identify customer needs and write policies; follow through with all leads and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License required
- Life and Health License preferred, but willingness to acquire required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager/Producer within the Insurance Industry
- Successful track record of closing deals and turning inquiries into long-term clients
- Customer service mentality
- Detail oriented, highly organized nature
- Ability to lead and be part of a team
This opportunity is Direct Hire and salary is $60-75K DOE + commission
