Use your hospitality and customer service skills to provide a clean, organized work environment at a friendly, fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facilities Requests – track, delegate, and ensure completion of facilities tickets on a daily basis in a timely manner
- Maintain overall day-to-day appearance and cleanliness of common areas
- Stock break rooms with snacks, beverages, coffee supplies, etc.
- Manage inventories and deliveries, unpack and stock orders (employee must be able to lift 50lbs)
- Report to Facilities Manager status of Cleaning Crew operations, staff and/or office issues, and take ownership of end-of-day/end-of-week office appearance
- Set-up for and tear down meetings, events, trainings, etc.
- Provide immediate and friendly assistance for staff needs and requirements
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Ability to self-start and take initiative
- Positive, customer service oriented attitude – no task is too big or too menial
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Light handiwork skills (use basic tools, break down furniture, move equipment, etc.)
- Reliable transportation. Some travel to other office locations required.
This is a part-time role (15-20 hours/week) and pay is $15/hr.
