Experience Factor is looking for innovators and trailblazers to join Results Learning (http://www.results-learning.com), a dynamic education services company, as a Bilingual Program Coordinator. Results Learning provides superior one-on-one and small group tutoring and academic coaching services to public and private schools as well as directly to families.
The Program Coordinator will support Program Managers with their after school reading intervention programs in local Public Schools. We are looking for a motivated team-player who has a proactive style, is detail oriented and enjoys problem solving and making a difference in disadvantaged students’ lives.
This position will require a passionate, driven and self-motivated team player to assist with day-to-day operations of the program. This is a support level position, aiding with planning, launching, implementing, and working with Program Managers to ensure our tutors have the tools and support necessary to encourage and drive students’ growth and success. We are seeking an individual to assist and support the coordination of small and large projects while energizing and empowering our team to achieve company and customer objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in coordination of pre and post-test assessments
- Update and manage two databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Respond to questions from tutors in the field
- Ensure accurate data entry of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Manage Program Managers’ calendars
- Keep updated database of all coach/Site Directors’ contact information
- Track tutors’ material inventory
- Update monthly news letter
- Track/verify student and tutors’ attendance
- Coordinate trainings, track registration and attendance
- Understand educational materials and be available to fill in for a tutor in a pinch
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) required to facilitate communication with ESL families
- Possess superior communication and listening skills
- Completion materials for all meetings and trainings
- 25% in local travel during peak season.
- Highly proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, often with little to no supervision
- Capable to meet or exceed goals within established deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to cultivate and promote the company’s culture and spirit of cooperation as a successful team member
- Ability to work a schedule with significant flexibility, including the ability to work nights and weekends during the peak season
- Ability to write business correspondence
This opportunity is Direct Hire and the salary is 30-35K DOE
